This 12 week, individualized program, is broken into 3 modules, each 4 weeks.
In this program you will learn to:

Building a Strong Leadership Foundation

This module guides you in self-discovery and resilience, using your DiSC Work of Leaders® assessment, Identifying Core Values, Labeling Tolerations and Creating Boundaries, and Being a Resilient Leader. You will gain clarity on their values, set healthy boundaries, and strengthen their resilience to lead with purpose and confidence.

Navigating Workplace Dynamics

This module empowers leaders to master complex workplace challenges through four components: Managing Up, Navigating a Toxic Workplace, Managing Discrimination, and Creating Strategic Relationships. You will gain practical tools to build resilience, foster positive relationships, and drive impactful change in any environment.

Leading with Integrity and Purpose

This module strengthens your ethical grounding and impact through Managing Ethically, Purposeful Communication, and Leading with Empowerment. You will cultivate authentic communication, empower others, and craft a personal leadership mantra to guide you on a purposeful, values-driven leadership journey.
